Family to Bless APPLICATION

God has called us to start our online boutique, Take Courage Boutique. The main purpose of our boutique is to help adoptive families fundraise.

How can you become an adoptive family blessed by Take Courage Boutique through fundraising?

*Be a Christian family

*Be pursuing a domestic or international adoption

*Have your home study completed

*Be able to show proof of adopting: ex. Home study, closed FB adoption page, note from your agency on letterhead, pre-approval/LOA documents (China adoption), etc

*Have a 501c (adoption grant, agency donation, etc) or PayPal account to receive your donation

*Add interested friends & family to the group & SHARE our website to increase your fundraising profits

*Post the fundraiser information on your Facebook page and/or adoption groups

*Tell us about your family and adoption that can be shared in the group and on the page.

Other details:

-Length of the fundraiser to be determined by Take Courage Boutique based upon the number of applicants and the time of year. Some will be for a month, others for 2 weeks, and some for one week.

-A portion of sales will be donated to your family at the end of your fundraiser.

-There is no guarantee of sales or the amount of the donation given to your family at the end of your fundraiser.

-As much as we would like to help every family that applies, we are not able to. Not everyone that applies will be selected.
